x3 mass layoffs due to finances and not performance, hard to move up from with in.

Intentionally overcomplicate compensation plans so that they can find ways not to pay you. Bureaucratic nightmare. Spend more time learning the litany of ever-changing, over-engineered internal processes than you do on your actual remit.

Sub-market pay. Management's priorities change every 5 minutes. Systems are redundant, outdated, and ineffective. A hurry up and wait culture now exists with an increasingly hot-then-cold management style. Advancement beyond mid-level are political vs. merit-based.

Slow career growth, Not much tool learnings or experience because you will be using company assets in doing your job
