Nice people if you’re on the right team
Management and leadership only care about metrics and it’s never enough No work like balance. This place will burn you out. The emphasis on a “people first” culture is a total farce. Low pay and almost non-existent raises No room for growth after a certain level and no opportunities for promotion. The company is losing talent due to their “need based” structure and not one based on merit.

Employee benefits and leave policies- Work life balance was great
Office politics no good hikes
Associate software engineer
Good benefits, flexible work from home policy, wellness days
- Small pay increase (around 3%), - hard to get promoted (can only get promoted in March or October), - a lot of uncertainty because of multiple waves of redundancies
Senior software engineer
Good place to work and grow in your career.
Nothing I can think of
Great leave policy and open culture
Nothing that I think off.
Unlimited PTO 6 month paternity leave If you’re on a great team could be a lot of fun working with new technologies
New Indian CTO has begun replacing all existing leadership and developers with people from India. Quality of work has drastically diminished and morale is low. Also expect a lot of crunch at times.
