The compensation is not very competitive

Company has constant management turnover, and each newly appointed divisional head and in the C suite tries to justify their existence with random layoffs every 2-3 years that snags some of its best talent and most effective employees. And those up the chain are disconnected from the people doing the real work and therefore make decisions that are very destructive without knowing it. And right now a big push for use of AI even though it’s impractical and useless for certain functions and to lay people off thinking AI can replace them.

Stress level can be high as deadline driven, Lots of projects so can be too much, many organization changes
