Decisions are top-down and opaque—zero regard for team contributions. Mental health is ignored despite unrealistic workloads and late hours. False branding as an “employee-friendly” organization—when in reality, you're just a cell in an Excel sheet.

I can't think of any con; the company has all pros: good pay, good work-life balance, good learning opportunities, good work quantity, solid impact

None. I liked the place and the environment.

The culture heavily depends on the team you're placed in. While some teams are fantastic, others can feel toxic. I personally witnessed teams where managers were overly controlling, micromanaged every detail, and created unnecessary pressure.
