Having manangement changes very frequently

Pay is not that high.

Old-fashioned, inefficient IT systems and procedures that slow you down in doing your job.

Frequent Lay offs are happening

Often times compensation plans are delayed Frequent team reorganizations with the IHS acquisition and leadership changes

Need work hard for carrier growth Not giving good yearly hikes Still some teams maintaining politics in work and paycheck

Due to Increase in AI, sometimes project might be tilted towards AI related.

Could feel unfair about promotions and growth and pay scale differences in same level collueges.

Hard to move up when working remotely. The company does not do a good job of ensuring remote employees are supported. Additionally, pay in the US is universal for remote employees not based on location.

Due to time difference with the US, most jobs are 5pm onwards till 2am and the salary is quite low

Business processes are so complex and tedious, nobody knows how to deal with them, a lot of employees don't feel any engagement, everything is very slow, mainly it's a waterfall with sprints approach
