Management and leadership only care about metrics and it’s never enough No work like balance. This place will burn you out. The emphasis on a “people first” culture is a total farce. Low pay and almost non-existent raises No room for growth after a certain level and no opportunities for promotion. The company is losing talent due to their “need based” structure and not one based on merit.

They are also taking the message for culture change as a directive that people need to be micromanaged. They don’t help resolve or even understand bottlenecks. They only care about their own deliverables which staff need to support.
