* Leadership and above don't care about you. They love pretending to. * Compared to other companies, their salary compensation is -10% the average of what you'd see on linkedin for the same role. It's not even competitive. Fight for your initial salary. It's not getting any higher from there. * You don't get promoted on merit. You get promoted if there's a position opened and it's just convenient for the company. They will gaslight you saying that they're fighting for your promotion then 3+ years go by and nothing. They just give you an outstanding performance review and a +2% on your bonus. No adjustments to your salary. * For every American they silently lay off, they hire 3 more oversea. Good luck with that strategy. You're losing valuable talent just to see if you can cut cost. This just goes to show how they really don't care about you.

Salary is very less,compared to market Standards.

The compensation is not very competitive

Company has constant management turnover, and each newly appointed divisional head and in the C suite tries to justify their existence with random layoffs every 2-3 years that snags some of its best talent and most effective employees. And those up the chain are disconnected from the people doing the real work and therefore make decisions that are very destructive without knowing it. And right now a big push for use of AI even though it’s impractical and useless for certain functions and to lay people off thinking AI can replace them.

The fast-paced environment requires employees to be self-motivated and adept at working independently, often necessitating creativity in devising strategies to secure meetings and meet key performance indicators (KPIs). Success is largely measured by the ability to reach these KPIs; failure to do so may result in being placed on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP), adding pressure to consistently perform at a high level.

Is not technology focused resulting in divestiture of some tech products.
