Benefits are great. Your colleagues encourage you to have work-life balance and you get recognition for the hard work you do.
Work can get fast-paced so if you can't keep up, you need to raise this to your manager.

Good benefits: Annual leave super generous, as is paternity/maternity
Have a toxic manager, but culture in all my adjacent teams seem highly positive. Luck of the draw in a large company

The best thing working at S&P Global is it's not like any other Indian Companies or start-up. The work culture is respectful and the company does not exploit you, rather they have people first policy and care about their employee's health and wellbeing. It's very normal to log out after office hours and no one will expect a reply from your after the expected hours unlike other Indian Companies where people are essentially working for 12 hours to get paid for 8.
Salary is good but can be better. Perks needs to be updated based on inflation.

Great benefits for new parents, paid sick leave, wellbeing days.
Unclear responsibilities. Poor knowledge sharing but it may be due to department.
