A good place to work
Promotion cycle is slow. One has to really work hard to get one.
Good salary and wfh flexibility
Office politics and unrealistic timelines
It's a great place with many opportunities and friendly people
However, there is little transparency into the processes and you receive announcements from the top without much clarity. Going from an entrepreneurial space, S&P is very process-oriented and there is little space for risk taking.
Good place to start a career from
Few opportunities to grow internally
You can get lucky with your team and great work environment
Big company, sometimes difficult to get noticed
-above average salary -hybrid setup -great benefits
-no available leadership training -slow internal hiring process -leaders can be bias in promoting employee; doesn’t listen to criticism; lack of leadership skills or product/process knowledge
Smart and sharp colleagues, good work life balance
Very very poor salary, much underpaid.
good work life balance, inclusive working culture
benefits and salary is not good as peers
Good benifits, work life balance
Frequent firing going on always
- Great Leadership - Perfect work-life balance - Good Compensation - Value People
- Opportunities to resume a career after a break is not possible. You will receive no help or be considered for a position as a former employee.
