Salary hikes are okayish not too much

Growth is slow. Office politics is there

- Heavy workload - Full return to office even when the pandemic was still ongoing (this was in 2021 to 2022, so Covid was still quite common in our country. But overall, this doesn't much detract from how good this company had been. Only wish I had been able to handle the workload.)

Sector oriented teams limits you to specific sectors instead of cross sector model

There is still some bureaucracy, but there are also very direct and efficient leaders and departments. Different areas have different management styles.

Layoffs are frequent and interchanging employee between multiple team without any prior notification

Environment is not suited for someone who want to grow fast. Even if you perform you won’t be promoted

Nothing , all good it's a very good company

They make very slow decisions
