You really have to beg someone to teach you it’s really annoying and might get lucky with a nice enough team lead to teach you if not you have to find a way to find yourself useful

There is nothing I really consider a con.

Schizofrenia: budgets are cut, FTEs that left are not replaced, interns hardly ever find jobs - amount ad scope of work ever increases and superiors expect you to deliver. Hypocrisy: company values exist on paper only. People from France and US have a vast majority of leadeship positions despite the company having a very nationally diverse emplyoees; on the other hand, if you you have an engineering job it's best you are from India, as there you may have a bright future ahead - not so much elsewhere It's a competitive, corporate environment and everyone, starting at manager level, cares mostly about company politics and career rather than real value and actual results. The strategy of the group is not clear and there is no communication on why certain steps are taken.

Uninformed upper management make illogical calls that trickle down. Makes the hands on work harder unnecessarily.

Employee Salaries can be a bit higher but great nonetheless

More focused approach towards learning

Sometimes the workload can be quite heavy. Growth opportunities can be limited in some departments.

Cab facility should be there

Just like a consulting company, environment doesn't look like product based company

In my experience, the work environment within certain reporting structures was highly toxic. Management operated with extreme micromanagement, excessive scrutiny, and constant performance pressure disconnected from prior documented results. Raising formal workplace concerns did not result in neutral resolution. The response process felt aligned with protecting management rather than objectively assessing the situation. After escalating concerns, treatment worsened rather than improved. Psychological safety was absent. Decision making power was concentrated at the managerial level with little effective oversight. Once targeted, employees have limited protection.

A lot of SCADA domain knoweledge needed to be able to fully understand the product.

No hybrid working model fixed 9-5 no commissions unless in direct sales

not so many to be fair maybe too much information to know what is going on after 6 months

No relocation opportunities, otherwise good

complex management, less opportunities for professional growing on key areas

No good planning for project

Compensation is the real problem here.

Pay could be higher. Its not bad but neither is it great.

There're no cons, atleast If you do your work properly and dont slack off.

With such a big company, it can be very overwhelming realizing the scope of everything we do. Breath, and you will achieve great things here.

You have global team agendas while the plants are pulled in every direction to fill said goals.
