There are pressure, team leader yelling with workers, low salary.

Poor and untolerant management. They give the role of "manager" to people who obviously don't know how to manage

Furthermore, task completion was frequently mandated under unrealistic deadlines.

Regular pay is less. Got big by acquiring business.
