It can be easy to get lost in the large organization especially if new to a role.

Difficult to work in larger town as the area is quite large and distances are long with quite few employees.

The actual condition will depend on the individual groups

bad appraisals and hikes, salary not competitive

none that I can see

dont expect much hike if u r non-engineering team

Less celebrations , even more benefits can be given
