Schneider Electric is an extremely pathetic Organisation to work with if you're just starting off your career. The leaders lack vision and leadership skills. It also largely depends on the team you're put in. It's a highly political place. No one wants to do the work but everyone is hungry for taking the credit. There is no integrity or ethics. The collaboration score is low year on year which gets presented through one voice survey which is an employee engagement survey of SE. Leaders are extremely insecure and indecisive. The teams under one department only keep competing against each other and keep fighting for the spotlight. The core values 'IMPACT' is just a fuss and a lip service. The culture gets trickled down from the top. If the leadership only doesn't role model the correct behaviour, how do you expect it to be followed at lower levels ? Folks who join from premium & tier 1 institutes gets treated differently from the folks who join from tier 2 institutes. There is no buddy mentor , no communication of your KPIs , no hand holding. You're just left to drown on your own. Good efforts are taken in terms for DEI but that too as a rainbow washing. It has to be done because it is a business agenda and not because it is the right thing to do. If you are a person who is really interested in doing the work fair and square, believe in working hard and crafting a path for yourself. This place isn't for you. This isn't written in bad faith to badmouth the company but to give a true picture and a reality check to everyone.
