Schneider Electric is a ok company to work for if you dont have any other options at the time, this is why they have a high turn over rate
They put there office in Franklin Tn. and don't pay there employees enough money to live in that city or county and expect there people to come into the office and be happy about a hour to hour and half commute. The cost of family insurance is about $700 dollars per month which is for crappy ins. $5700 deductible per person $11000.00 per family before it pays one dime. They took away pension and offer 401k what a joke, They took away vacation days and now you have to accrue PTO days throughout the year, everything they do is 100% for the company and never for the employees, during Covid other companies where helping there employees with paid days off ect. not here they took away our holidays , put us on reduced work weeks without pay , made us use any PTO that was accrued all while making record profits, this is what makes people mad.
Territory sales engineer
-Salary is Best in Industry -Great Individual & Family Healthcare -Hybrid Work -Travel Opportunities for Training and Customer-facing -Incredible PTO
-Career at Schneider has best trajectory with a completed Associate's Degree or higher

Good benefits, pay is ok.
Can be micromanaged, depending on your manager. Company going through many internal process changes to try to bring together other business units, but everything is very muddy, not clear.
Field service technician
Peer support, can be flexible at times, decent salary with overtime
Lack of training, disorganized restructuring resulting in uncertainty for employees, sales and scheduling departments regularly fall short and personnel in the field are left to pick up the slack and take brunt of the blame.
Sales manager
Manager are supportive and good
Poor or no work life balance
