a lot of active activities in the university. campus life is very vibrant

First off the campus is awesome with wonderful facilities. Great people and a chance to keep learning.

Malaysia is a nice country and an easy gateway to other Asian destinations. The cost of living is relatively low if compared to other cities.
A lot of red carpet, bureaucracy and non sense paperwork. Structures and procedures are confusing and non efficient. Too much emphasis on administrative work, less on quality teaching, zero on research. Avoid it if you are striking a balance between research and teaching. Management abusive and disrespectful. A lot of politics.

University too obsessed with ranking when it should strive on quality of teaching, industry-based learning.

1) Exposure to learning new things 2) Eateries walking distance (around campus) 3) Diversity of people (students and staff)
1) People here are very toxic and bossy 2) Micromanaging BOSS, everything also need approval! 3) No motivation to work here at all 4) After working hours, also must work. 5) NO work life balance at all here
Nice campus, parking situation abit iffy.
