As a two-year employee of Zurich Insurance, I can attest to the fact that it is a fantastic company to work for. There are various opportunities to grow from within the business as they prefer to hire internally for promotions or other roles if they can, however the company is full of life timers who only know zurich and therefore opportunities for progression might not come as often, and also the culture is very cliquey and the life timers are very disconnected from how an office environment should be these days, they don't care to help the newbies and they can get away with all sorts of behaviour. One pro is they are relatively flexible with working hours, personal commitments, etc. Benefits are good (but pay is shocking)
