CPD encouraged Exposure to Group Reporting Supported by large team CBI reporting
Flat structure difficult to progress to a more senior level Company culture is not focused on staff well-being

Flexible working, nice open plan office and facilities. The building has an on site cafe and gym.
It was a very cliquey environment and it was always who you know not what you know. Managers would find loop holes to wriggle out of situations and the role was vastly under paid. Management made it near impossible to raise any kind of grievance and did not support you if you had an issue.

Nothing to say about it as it is fantastic working there.
It is a great place nothing much it is fantastic working there.
Some people may be nice, but there's one particular Head that's just ridiculously over-promising and heavily relies on the team to do the job.
There's just not enough headcount. For an MNC to not have enough budget to increase the headcount for a team to manage the Brand of the company? - I think that's just nonsense. You will be overworked. Imagine, just having only 2 designers to cater for the whole company which includes making videos, designing brochures, banners and other peripherals.

Good people and working environment
Different cultures in different teams

Everything well thought out. Good benefits and employee care
Some departments are better than others. Senior management seen to have favourites. It's a very heirarchical culture.
Administrative
Good benefits , friendly colleagues, new working environment
Poor manager management skills ,
Operations
Benefits are okay. Flex work.
Micro-management, ageism, women do not promote women, people put in management positions purely based on seniority rather than capability. lot of talk about work/life balance but long hours required to meet deadlines. management take advantage of experienced staff, but promote those fresh out of university. Bonus pool system is not fair. managers do not mentor or show interest in staff career progression, just load more work on. opportunities only given when it benefits the company, not the individual employee’s goals.

Compañía apoya las ideas nuevas y ofrece oportunidades de crecimiento.
Procesos y sistemas muy antiguos que hace que noo se pueden generar nuevas ideas. Falta de liderazgo y malas políticas respecto a la rotación de persona.
