Your role will involve engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions that align with their business objectives. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery meets client expectations, fostering long-term relationships and driving growth in managed services.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
Proven experience in account management or business development
Strong understanding of managed services, including MSSP and cloud solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
