As an Administrative Assistant at HRWork Sdn Bhd, you will engage in day-to-day HR operations within a dynamic work environment. Your role will involve various administrative tasks that support the HR department and enhance employee experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee employee onboarding processes. - Ensure smooth completion of probation periods. - Facilitate internal employee transfers. - Manage separation procedures for departing employees. - Maintain compliance with local social insurance policies. - Execute operational processes related to social insurance and EPF. - Contribute to a seamless HR experience through attention to detail and organization.
Diploma or above in a relevant field.
Proven experience in human resources or general administration.
Familiarity with local social insurance policies.
Knowledge of social insurance and EPF operational processes.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
