
The Admin Executive is responsible for managing essential HR procedures within the organization. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth operations and enhancing employee experiences throughout their journey with the company.
As an Admin Executive, you will engage in day-to-day HR activities, including employee onboarding and managing compliance with local social insurance policies. You will work closely with the HR team to support various administrative functions and ensure a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities: - Manage employee onboarding processes. - Oversee probation completion for new hires. - Facilitate employee transfers within the organization. - Handle employee separations and exit processes. - Maintain compliance with local social insurance policies. - Manage processes related to social insurance and EPF. - Support the HR team in enhancing employee experiences.
Diploma or higher in a relevant field.
Proven experience in human resources or general administration.
Familiarity with local social insurance policies.
Knowledge of the operation process of social insurance and EPF.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
