Job Description

In the day-to-day work, the Apprentice - Culinary will prepare ingredients for cooking, follow recipes, and operate kitchen appliances while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. The role requires effective communication and teamwork to support kitchen operations and adhere to company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare ingredients by portioning, chopping, and storing food.
  • Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

At least 1 year of related work experience.

Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and carrying objects.

Capability to operate kitchen appliances such as ovens and fryers.

Knowledge of food preparation and safety procedures.
