The Assistant Manager, OpsTalent (Recruitment) is responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process for Operations roles. This role partners with Ops leaders to translate manpower needs into actionable hiring plans and establish effective hiring processes.
In this position, you will oversee the recruitment team and manage the performance of recruiters while ensuring a smooth hiring process. You will also monitor early attrition and resolve hiring escalations in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
5 to 8 years of recruitment experience with exposure to volume or frontline hiring.
Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with Operations or site-based teams.
Data-literate with the ability to use numbers to drive strategic decisions.
Comfortable operating in ambiguous and rapidly evolving environments.
Practical, resilient, and solutions-oriented mindset.
Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or supply chain is an added advantage.
