You will partner with Ops leaders to translate manpower needs into actionable hiring plans and establish fit-for-purpose hiring processes. The role involves managing recruiter performance, monitoring early attrition, and resolving hiring escalations while coaching a dedicated recruitment team.
5 to 8 years of recruitment experience with exposure to volume or frontline hiring.
Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with Operations or site-based teams.
Data-literate with the ability to use numbers to drive strategic decisions.
Comfortable operating in ambiguous and rapidly evolving environments.
Practical, resilient, and solutions-oriented mindset.
Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or supply chain is an added advantage.
