Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all food-related functions and kitchen operations.

  • Respond to and handle guest feedback and complaints professionally.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED with 6 years of relevant experience, or a 2-year degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field with 4 years of relevant experience.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective leadership.

Knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and safety procedures.

Experience in menu development and quality control of food products.

Skills in coaching, mentoring, and staff development.
