The Chef de Partie - ADD is responsible for preparing special meals and ensuring the proper presentation and quality of food. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining high culinary standards and fostering teamwork in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

In this role, you will be engaged in the daily preparation of meals, managing cooking equipment, and ensuring food quality and presentation. You will work closely with kitchen staff to maintain a clean and safe work environment, while also communicating effectively during busy service periods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare special meals and substitute items as needed.
• Regulate the temperature of cooking equipment to ensure optimal cooking conditions.
• Ensure proper portioning, arrangement, and garnish of food.
• Maintain food logs and monitor food quality and quantity.
• Communicate menu specials and stock availability to relevant staff.
• Adhere to recipes, quality, presentation, and safety standards.
• Prepare cold foods and assist management with staffing and employee development tasks.
