Job Description
The Cloud Resiliency Engineer role at Concentrix involves working with the Technical Products and Services team to support digital engineering and technology services that drive transformation and value for clients. The position focuses on creating robust solutions that enhance system reliability and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) solutions in Microsoft Azure.
- Implement and maintain Azure infrastructure, including Availability Zones and monitoring services.
- Assess and develop Major Incident Response Plans (MIRPs) that align with operational SLAs.
- Coordinate incident response efforts and business continuity planning.
- Evaluate and enhance process maturity assessments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of resiliency solutions.
- Stay updated on cloud-native resiliency patterns and site reliability engineering (SRE) methods.
Job Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) design in Microsoft Azure.
Solid understanding of Azure architecture, including infrastructure and monitoring services.
Familiarity with cloud-native resiliency patterns and SRE methods.
Proven ability to assess and design effective Major Incident Response Plans (MIRPs).
Experience in business continuity planning and incident response coordination.
