
The Advisor I, Mandarin Chat Support is responsible for providing customer service support through various communication channels. This role involves resolving routine issues related to the client's products or services in a fast-paced environment.
In this position, you will interface with customers through inbound and outbound calls, as well as internet channels, based on client requirements. You will be part of a dynamic team focused on delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
High school diploma with three to six months of relevant experience preferred.
Strong customer service orientation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
Dependable with strong attention to detail.
