The Renewal Sales Specialist is responsible for achieving revenue quotas by selling contract renewals and services within a designated territory. The role involves client needs assessment, outbound customer contact, and collaboration with various stakeholders to optimize sales processes.
The Specialist, Renewal Sales role involves working within a dedicated territory and team to achieve revenue-based quotas by selling renewals and services, with potential upsell opportunities. The role requires mastering product and technical knowledge to assess client needs, managing customer contacts primarily through outbound communication, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to meet customer expectations and optimize sales processes.
2-3 years of experience in a sales-related role (non-IT sales backgrounds are welcome).
Local Malaysian.
Proficiency in English and Japanese (JLPT N1 or N2 only).
Prior experience in outbound cold calling is required.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data analysis.
Prior success in achievement in individual and/or team sales quota/goals.
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with customers in a fast-paced environment while developing positive customer relationships.
Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM strongly preferred.
