
The Specialist, Technical Sales (Cloud) is responsible for generating new business and growing existing accounts within an assigned territory. This role plays a crucial part in understanding customer needs and delivering tailored technical solutions to enhance client satisfaction and drive sales growth.
In this role, you will engage with clients daily, assessing their needs and providing effective cloud solutions. You will also be responsible for resolving client issues and delivering technical training to ensure optimal product usage.
Key Responsibilities:
Malaysian citizen or based in Malaysia.
Minimum 2 years of experience in cloud-related roles.
Cloud certification required (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP acceptable).
Proven closing sales experience.
Strong understanding of major cloud platforms.
Good command of English (spoken and written).
Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
