The Associate Specialist for Meeting Services Support is responsible for managing the end-to-end process for congress meetings and sponsorships, including meeting creation, vendor maintenance, purchase orders, contract preparation, compliance review, reconciliations, and payments. The role involves ensuring compliance with company policies and collaborating with internal and external partners to support global meeting financial processes.
The Associate Specialist for Meeting Services Support is responsible for supporting the end-to-end meeting process preparation for congress meetings and sponsorships, from meeting creation to closure. This includes meeting creation, vendor maintenance, purchase order creation, contract agreement preparation, meeting compliance review, reconciliations, and payments. The role ensures compliance with company policies and guidelines related to meetings and congresses and involves close collaboration with various internal partners and external agencies to support global meeting financial processes.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Science, Economy, Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.
Minimum of 1 year of work experience in basic accounting or P2P/O2C/R2R, or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Intermediate skills in MS Excel, Power Apps, Power BI, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Proficient in English speaking, reading, and writing; additional languages such as Mandarin or Japanese are advantageous.
Experience with SAP (Concur, Shopping/Purchase Order, and Payment Portal Requests), Ariba, and Service Now.
