The CME - Meeting Services Support Specialist role involves supporting the end-to-end meeting process preparation for congress meetings and sponsorships. This includes tasks such as meeting creation, vendor creation and maintenance, purchase order creation, contract agreement preparation, meeting compliance reviews, reconciliations, and payments. The specialist ensures that all activities adhere to company policies and guidelines related to meetings and congresses.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Science, Economy, Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.
Minimum of 3 years of work experience in basic accounting or P2P/O2C/R2R.
Intermediate skills in MS Excel and tools such as Power Apps, Power BI, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Proficiency in English with additional languages like Mandarin or Japanese as advantages.
Good understanding and practical knowledge of finance processes, internal controls, and compliance.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a geographically dispersed team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on process improvement.
Positive, proactive attitude with problem solving and analytical skills.
Experience with SAP (Concur, Shopping/Purchase Order, Payment Portal), Ariba, and Service Now.
