
The Commis I - (All Day Dining) is responsible for preparing special meals and substitute items while ensuring food quality and presentation standards. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining a high standard of culinary excellence in a fast-paced dining environment.
In this position, you will engage in daily food preparation tasks, ensuring that all meals are prepared according to established recipes and quality standards. You will work closely with the kitchen team to manage food inventory and assist during peak service times.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree is preferred.
At least 3 years of related work experience preferred.
Strong communication skills using clear and professional language.
Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships.
Completion of safety training and certifications as required.
