Job Description

In this position, the Commis III - ADD will engage in daily food preparation tasks, working in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The role requires attention to detail and adherence to quality and presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare ingredients by portioning, chopping, and storing food.
  • Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables.
  • Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes.
  • Cook food following established recipes and quality standards.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor food quality and presentation before serving.
  • Set up and break down the workstation at the beginning and end of shifts.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen environment.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

At least 1 year of related work experience.

Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period.

Capability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending and twisting.

Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance.
