Role Summary
The Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment) intern is responsible for supporting the HR team in various functions. This role offers an opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic environment at Malaysia’s largest telco-tech company.
Job Description
As an intern at CelcomDigi, you will gain hands-on experience while working closely with your manager and team on meaningful projects. You will explore various perspectives and share ideas to create value for customers and society.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding activities for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Help maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and trends.
- Collaborate with team members on various HR projects.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Job Requirements
Currently an undergraduate/postgraduate student pursuing a Degree/Master’s
Current CGPA of 3.0 or above
Commitment to a 3-month internship or longer
Open to work at CelcomDigi’s offices in Petaling Jaya or Shah Alam
Strong time management and organizational skills
Innovative mindset and eagerness to learn
Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to change
Enjoys collaborating with others
