The Customer Service Agent (Inbound) is responsible for managing incoming calls and emails to ensure service excellence. Key tasks include resolving client complaints by identifying root causes, selecting appropriate solutions, and following up to ensure full resolution. The role also involves administrative duties, generating customer service reports, and contributing to team strategies. Agents are expected to continuously identify process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
At least 2 years of customer service experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
Must be a Malaysian Citizen.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Willingness to work on a shift rotation basis.
Strong ability to learn quickly and handle professional phone correspondence.
