The Customer Service Agent (Inbound) is responsible for managing incoming calls and emails to ensure service excellence. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency within the team.
In this role, you will handle a variety of customer inquiries and complaints through phone and email, ensuring a high standard of service is maintained. You will also engage in administrative tasks and contribute to team strategies aimed at improving customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
At least 2 years of customer service experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
Must be a Malaysian Citizen.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Willingness to work on a shift rotation basis.
Strong ability to learn quickly and handle professional phone correspondence.
