The Executive, Admin is responsible for managing tenant and stakeholder administration. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the organization.

Job Description

In this position, you will engage in daily administrative tasks that support both tenants and the Operations team. The work environment is dynamic, requiring strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage tenant and stakeholder administration.
  • Prepare official correspondence for various stakeholders.
  • Coordinate work permits for contractors.
  • Act as a liaison during inspections.
  • Review renovation proposals and provide feedback.
  • Maintain organized records of all administrative activities.
  • Provide administrative support to the Operations team.
  • Handle various operational tasks as required.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or related fields.

1-2 years of experience in retail or property management.

Strong English communication skills.

Detail-oriented and organized.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Experience with property management bodies is preferred.

Ability to manage multiple tasks.

Knowledge of compliance matters.
