
The Executive Culture & Engagement is responsible for supporting the execution and administration of employee culture and engagement initiatives across the organization. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing employee experience and strengthening organizational culture in a dynamic maritime environment.
In this role, you will engage in the day-to-day administration of HR engagement programs and monitor employee feedback to align with the company’s strategic objectives. You will develop internal communication materials and coordinate engagement surveys to foster a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or equivalent.
Minimum of eight (8) years of related working experience in employee engagement or organizational development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage programs and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
Analytical skills in interpreting survey data and engagement metrics.
High level of adaptability in managing a geographically dispersed workforce.
