Role Summary

The Executive Culture & Engagement is responsible for supporting the execution and administration of employee culture and engagement initiatives across the organization. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing employee experience and strengthening organizational culture in a dynamic maritime environment.

Job Description

In this role, you will engage in the day-to-day administration of HR engagement programs and monitor employee feedback to align with the company’s strategic objectives. You will develop internal communication materials and coordinate engagement surveys to foster a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer HR engagement programs to promote employee involvement.
  • Monitor and analyze employee feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and distribute internal communication materials to enhance engagement.
  • Coordinate and execute engagement surveys to gather insights.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure program effectiveness.
  • Enhance employee experience through targeted initiatives.
  • Support workforce retention strategies in a maritime environment.

Job Requirements

Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or equivalent.

Minimum of eight (8) years of related working experience in employee engagement or organizational development.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage programs and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.

Analytical skills in interpreting survey data and engagement metrics.

High level of adaptability in managing a geographically dispersed workforce.
