The Executive Cybersecurity Operations role involves attending to cybersecurity incidents and requests, evaluating and escalating them as necessary. The candidate will deploy and maintain cybersecurity infrastructure, uphold company policies, and investigate all incident tickets submitted via the ICT service desk. Responsibilities include monitoring security threats, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The role requires continuous research on the latest cybersecurity innovations and effective implementation of standard operating procedures.
Minimum 7 - 10 years of relevant work experience with knowledge of the latest cybersecurity threats
Exposure to DLP, CASB, InTune, PAM, ATP, and other cybersecurity products
Experience in a Security Operation Centre (SOC) environment
Handling incidents and service requests in a large organization
Bachelor's Degree in IT or computer science
Professional Certification in Cybersecurity such as GSEC, CEH, Security +, CSX
