Role Summary

The Executive Cybersecurity Operations is responsible for managing cybersecurity incidents and requests. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the security posture of the organization by deploying and managing cybersecurity infrastructure and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Job Description

The day-to-day work involves monitoring security threats, responding to incidents, and maintaining cybersecurity systems in a dynamic environment. The candidate will collaborate with various teams to uphold company policies and investigate incident tickets submitted via the ICT service desk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend to cybersecurity incidents and requests.
  • Evaluate and escalate incidents as necessary.
  • Deploy and maintain cybersecurity infrastructure.
  • Monitor security threats and conduct risk assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Conduct continuous research on the latest cybersecurity innovations.
  • Implement standard operating procedures effectively.

Job Requirements

Minimum 7 - 10 years of relevant work experience.

Bachelor's Degree in IT or computer science.

Professional Certification in Cybersecurity such as GSEC, CEH, Security +, CSX.

Experience in a Security Operation Centre (SOC) environment.

Exposure to DLP, CASB, InTune, PAM, ATP, and other cybersecurity products.
