Job Description

In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve administering competency assessments and facilitating training initiatives within a dynamic work environment. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure effective communication regarding employee competency status and development programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer competency assessments to identify skill gaps.
  • Implement development programs to enhance employee capabilities.
  • Facilitate training initiatives to promote continuous learning.
  • Maintain accurate competency records for all employees.
  • Coordinate training budgets to align with business objectives.
  • Manage the Education Assistance Plan to support employee education.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding competency status.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.

Minimum of eight years of related experience in learning and development.

Strong skills in development needs analysis and identification.

Proficient in learning solution development and competency content design.

Experience in learning management and training budget tracking.

Ability to facilitate training programs and manage stakeholder communication.

Knowledge of HRDF claims applications and submissions process.
