
The Executive, HRIS is responsible for providing support, maintenance, and enhancement of the Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). This role plays a critical part in ensuring system reliability and improving HRIS functionality to meet operational needs.
In this role, the Executive, HRIS will engage in day-to-day activities that involve technical support and collaboration with various HR units. The work environment is dynamic, requiring interaction with the ICT Division to facilitate troubleshooting and design improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
At least 7-10 years of relevant work experience.
Minimum 5 years managing HRIS systems.
Experience in payroll processing in SuccessFactors.
Strong technical support skills.
Ability to collaborate with various HR units.
Knowledge of current laws and compliance.
Experience in project management is preferred.
Excellent communication skills.
