The Executive, OpsTalent (Recruitment) is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for operational roles. This role focuses on Last Mile hiring and involves collaboration with Station Heads to achieve hiring targets while maintaining effective recruitment processes.
As an Executive in the OpsTalent team, you will engage in daily recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for frontline positions. You will work closely with site-based teams in a high-volume environment to ensure recruitment goals are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
1 to 4 years of recruitment or HR experience, ideally with volume hiring.
Experience in logistics, retail, F&B, or manufacturing industries.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Excellent stakeholder communication abilities.
