As an Executive in the OpsTalent team, you will manage end-to-end recruitment for operational roles, specifically focusing on Last Mile hiring. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for frontline positions while partnering with Station Heads to meet hiring targets. Additionally, you will maintain hiring trackers, identify attrition trends, and work towards reducing agency dependency to build a sustainable internal recruitment pilot.
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
1 to 4 years of recruitment or HR experience, ideally with volume hiring.
Experience in logistics, retail, F&B, or manufacturing industries.
Comfortable working with site-based teams and high-volume environments.
Strong coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder communication skills.
Practical, resilient, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
