Role Summary
The Financial Services Consultant is responsible for promoting and professionally selling a wide range of Bancassurance life insurance products. This role involves providing expert financial advice to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and delivering excellent after-sales service.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage with the Bank’s existing and potential customers to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable products. You will also plan and implement sales activities to achieve individual sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote Bancassurance life insurance products to customers.
- Provide professional advice on financial products based on customer needs.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent after-sales service.
- Plan and implement sales activities related to Bancassurance products.
- Achieve individual sales targets consistently.
- Interact with customers to build strong relationships.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess a minimum qualification of SPM with 5 passes including Bahasa Malaysia/Diploma/Degree Holder in Marketing/Business Study or its equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of working experience in a branch environment.
Result-oriented and passionate about marketing.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of customers.
Candidates with full insurance licenses (PCE / CEILI / TBE) will have an added advantage.
Fresh graduates in any discipline are strongly encouraged to apply as intensive training will be provided.
