The Growth Operations Executive is responsible for executing and monitoring promotional campaigns on in-app and food aggregator platforms. This role plays a crucial part in driving sales growth through effective coordination and performance tracking.
Job Description
As a Growth Operations Executive, you will engage in daily activities that involve collaborating with delivery platforms and analyzing campaign performance. You will work in a dynamic environment focused on enhancing promotional strategies and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the setup and execution of promotions and vouchers.
- Coordinate with food delivery platforms for promotion setup and testing.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain promotion calendars and track campaign performance.
- Assist in onboarding new outlets across app and FA platforms.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance.
- Ensure accuracy in promotion listings and campaign execution.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience in marketing or operations roles, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
