As a Growth Operations Executive, you will be integral in executing and monitoring promotional campaigns on in-app and food aggregator platforms. Your responsibilities include coordinating with delivery platforms, monitoring campaign performance, and ensuring smooth operational execution to drive sales growth.
Job Requirements
Support the setup and execution of promotions and vouchers.
Coordinate with food delivery platforms for promotion setup and testing.
Monitor daily campaign performance and escalate issues as needed.
Maintain promotion calendars and track campaign performance.
Assist in onboarding new outlets across app and FA platforms.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance.
Ensure accuracy in promotion listings and campaign execution.
