Role Summary

The HR Services Operations (Employee Relations) Associate / Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting the delivery of employee relations services in a client-facing BPO environment. This role involves managing inquiries, supporting investigations, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations to promote fair treatment of employees.

Job Description

In this position, you will engage in day-to-day operations that involve case handling, documentation, and policy coordination. You will work closely with external clients to ensure a consistent and professional approach to employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with case handling and documentation for employee relations inquiries.
  • Manage inquiries and provide guidance to employees and managers.
  • Support investigations and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and HR policies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for consistent service delivery.
  • Track case volumes and support reporting activities.
  • Escalate complex cases appropriately as needed.
  • Support change-related activities such as restructuring or role transitions.

Job Requirements

Must be able to communicate effectively in Malay.
