Role Summary

The HR Services Operations (Employee Relations) Associate (Thai Speaking) is responsible for supporting the delivery of employee relations services for external clients. This role operates within a client-facing BPO environment, ensuring fair treatment of employees and compliance with labor regulations.

Job Description

In this role, you will assist with case handling, documentation, and policy coordination while managing inquiries and supporting investigations. You will work closely with client managers and employees to maintain a respectful workplace and uphold client values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with case handling and documentation for employee relations inquiries.
  • Manage inquiries and support investigations to ensure compliance with labor regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with client managers and employees regarding HR policies.
  • Maintain accurate case records and documentation according to client protocols.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Support change-related activities such as role transitions and restructuring.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

Experience in employee relations or HR support.

Proficiency in Thai and English.

Strong attention to detail and empathy in handling cases.

Ability to navigate complex service scenarios professionally.
