Role Summary

The HR Services Operations (Employee Services & Workforce Administration) Associate / Analyst (Cantonese Speaking) is responsible for serving as the central point of contact for employee inquiries throughout the Hire to Retire lifecycle. This role focuses on delivering high-quality service related to HR policies, programs, and systems within a client-facing BPO environment.

Job Description

In this role, you will engage with employees to address their inquiries and provide support throughout various HR processes. You will work in a dynamic environment that emphasizes collaboration and effective communication across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes for new employees.
  • Manage leave requests and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Provide access provisioning for HR systems and tools.
  • Resolve employee issues efficiently using multiple communication channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery.
  • Utilize ticketing platforms and telephony systems for effective service management.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience in HR services or customer service environment.

Proficiency in Cantonese and English.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to handle complex service scenarios professionally.
