
The HR Services Operations Associate / Analyst is responsible for providing high-quality support to employees throughout the Hire to Retire (H2R) lifecycle. This role operates in a dynamic client-facing BPO environment, ensuring effective communication and service delivery on HR policies and systems.
In this role, you will serve as the central point of contact for employee inquiries, managing various HR processes such as onboarding and leave administration. You will utilize ticketing platforms, chat, and telephony to resolve issues and maintain service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Attention to detail and professionalism in handling complex service scenarios.
Experience or familiarity with HR policies, payroll, leave, benefits, and workforce systems.
Basic knowledge of employee engagement and performance reviews.
Capability to support HR systems such as Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Employee Self-Service (ESS) platforms.
