The HR Services Operations Associate / Analyst is responsible for providing high-quality support to employees throughout the Hire to Retire (H2R) lifecycle. This role operates in a dynamic client-facing BPO environment, ensuring effective communication and service delivery on HR policies and systems.

In this role, you will serve as the central point of contact for employee inquiries, managing various HR processes such as onboarding and leave administration. You will utilize ticketing platforms, chat, and telephony to resolve issues and maintain service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage employee inquiries and provide support throughout the H2R lifecycle.
• Deliver responsive service on HR policies, programs, and systems.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
• Administer leave management and access provisioning.
• Resolve issues through ticketing platforms, chat, and telephony.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent support across regions.
• Collect, track, and analyze service metrics and employee feedback.
