The HR Services Operations Associate / Analyst serves as the central point of contact for employee inquiries and support throughout the full Hire to Retire (H2R) lifecycle. This role delivers high-quality, responsive service to employees and managers on HR policies, programs, and systems within a client-facing BPO environment. The position involves managing onboarding, leave administration, access provisioning, and issue resolution through ticketing platforms, chat, and telephony to maintain service excellence.
Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Attention to detail and professionalism in handling complex service scenarios.
Experience or familiarity with HR policies, payroll, leave, benefits, and workforce systems.
Capability to manage employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and leave management.
Proficiency in using ticket management platforms, chat, and telephony for service delivery.
Basic knowledge of employee engagement, performance reviews, and absence management programs.
Ability to support and provide assistance with HR systems such as Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Employee Self-Service (ESS) platforms.
Skill in collecting, tracking, and analyzing service metrics and employee feedback.
Capability to collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent support across regions.
Adaptability and agility to operate in a dynamic client-facing BPO environment.
