Role Summary

The HR Services Operations Associate / Analyst (Japanese Speaking) is responsible for providing high-quality support throughout the entire Hire to Retire (H2R) lifecycle. This role serves as a central point of contact for employee inquiries in a client-facing BPO environment, ensuring smooth execution of HR processes.

Job Description

In this role, you will engage with employees to address inquiries and provide support on HR policies and systems. You will be part of a dynamic team focused on delivering exceptional service and ensuring a seamless employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and programs.
  • Deliver responsive service in a client-facing environment.
  • Manage onboarding, leave management, and access provisioning processes.
  • Resolve employee issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Coordinate employee lifecycle activities, including offboarding and flexible work arrangements.
  • Utilize ticket management platforms and communication tools for employee support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent support across geographies.
  • Collect, track, and analyze employee service metrics and feedback.

Job Requirements

Strong communication skills in Japanese and English.

Basic understanding of HR policies, payroll, leave, benefits, and workforce systems.

Attention to detail and ability to navigate complex service scenarios.

Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Employee Self-Service (ESS) platforms.

Willingness to collaborate with internal teams.
