The HR Services Operations Associate / Analyst (Japanese Speaking) serves as the central point of contact for employee inquiries and support throughout the entire Hire to Retire (H2R) lifecycle. This role is responsible for delivering responsive, high-quality service on HR policies, programs, and systems, ensuring smooth execution of onboarding, leave management, access provisioning, and issue resolution within a client-facing BPO environment.
Strong communication skills in Japanese and English.
Ability to provide responsive service in a client-facing environment.
Attention to detail and ability to navigate complex service scenarios professionally and efficiently.
Basic understanding of HR policies, payroll, leave, benefits, and workforce systems.
Capability to coordinate employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, offboarding, leave, and flexible work arrangements.
Familiarity with ticket management platforms, chat, and telephony for employee support.
Willingness to collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent support across geographies.
Ability to collect, track, and analyze employee service metrics and feedback.
Basic knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS), Employee Self-Service (ESS) platforms, and training logistics.
