
The HR Services Operations Associate / Analyst (Japanese Speaking) is responsible for providing high-quality support throughout the entire Hire to Retire (H2R) lifecycle. This role serves as a central point of contact for employee inquiries in a client-facing BPO environment, ensuring smooth execution of HR processes.
In this role, you will engage with employees to address inquiries and provide support on HR policies and systems. You will be part of a dynamic team focused on delivering exceptional service and ensuring a seamless employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Strong communication skills in Japanese and English.
Basic understanding of HR policies, payroll, leave, benefits, and workforce systems.
Attention to detail and ability to navigate complex service scenarios.
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Employee Self-Service (ESS) platforms.
Willingness to collaborate with internal teams.
