Role Summary

The HR Services Operations Associate/Analyst provides responsive support to employees and managers regarding HR policies, programs, and systems throughout the Hire to Retire lifecycle. This role serves as the central contact for employee inquiries and supports the execution of onboarding, leave management, and access provisioning within a client-facing BPO environment.

Job Description

This role acts as the central point of contact for employee inquiries and support across the full Hire to Retire (H2R) lifecycle. It involves delivering high-quality, responsive service to employees and managers on HR policies, programs, and systems within a client-facing BPO environment. The position ensures smooth execution of onboarding, leave management, access provisioning, and issue resolution through various communication platforms to maintain service excellence.

Job Requirements

Ability to respond promptly to employee questions on HR policies, payroll, leave, benefits, and workforce systems using ticket management platforms, chat, and telephony.

Experience in administering core components of the employee lifecycle such as onboarding, offboarding, leave, flexible work arrangements, and access to self-service tools.

Capability to coordinate delivery of HR programs including absence management, performance reviews, engagement surveys, and Employee Assistance Programs.

Skill in supporting updates to HR documentation, policies, and procedures in compliance with labor laws and client requirements.

Proficiency in providing user assistance for Learning Management Systems, Employee Self-Service platforms, and training logistics.

Experience in facilitating well-being and engagement initiatives, including Employee Assistance Program referrals and feedback collection.

Ability to collect, track, and analyze employee service metrics and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.

Competence in collaborating with internal delivery teams to ensure consistent and timely support across different geographies.
