Role Summary

The HR Services Operations Associate / Analyst (Korean Speaking) is responsible for providing high-quality support to employees throughout the Hire to Retire lifecycle. This role operates in a client-facing BPO environment, ensuring effective communication and service delivery for HR-related inquiries.

Job Description

In this role, you will act as the central point of contact for employee inquiries, delivering responsive service on HR policies and programs. You will manage various HR processes including onboarding, leave management, and issue resolution to maintain service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to employee questions on HR policies, payroll, leave, benefits, and workforce systems.
  • Administer core components of the employee lifecycle such as onboarding, offboarding, and leave management.
  • Coordinate delivery of HR programs including absence management and performance reviews.
  • Support updates to HR documentation, policies, and procedures in compliance with labor laws.
  • Provide user assistance for Learning Management Systems and Employee Self-Service platforms.
  • Facilitate well-being and engagement initiatives, including Employee Assistance Program referrals.
  • Collect, track, and analyze employee service metrics and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

Experience in HR operations or employee services.

Proficiency in Korean and English.

Strong understanding of HR policies and labor laws.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
