Role Summary

The HR Services Operations (Talent Development & HR Practice/Management) Associate Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end HR service delivery across multiple countries. This role significantly impacts the operational excellence and compliance of HR functions within a regional or global BPO model, primarily focusing on Southeast Asia and Australia/New Zealand.

Job Description

In this role, you will manage complex HR operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations and client expectations while enhancing service quality and scalability. You will collaborate with various stakeholders and lead a high-performing team in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end HR service delivery across multiple countries.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and global HR service standards.
  • Manage client relationships and act as the primary escalation point for service issues.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and develop mitigation plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Legal, Finance, IT, and Talent Acquisition.
  • Coach and develop a high-performing team across service lines and geographies.
  • Maintain audit readiness and compliance through robust documentation and controls.
  • Support automation, system enhancements, and knowledge management for scalable service delivery.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations or management.

Strong understanding of local labor laws and HR service standards.

Proven experience in managing client relationships and service delivery.

Excellent leadership and team development skills.
