This role operates within a regional or global BPO model to manage complex HR operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations, client expectations, and global standards. The Associate Manager acts as the key contact for client stakeholders and applies operational excellence frameworks to enhance service quality, scalability, and continuous improvement across diverse environments.
Strong client focus and ability to manage end-to-end HR service delivery across multiple countries.
Knowledge of local labor laws and global HR service standards.
Ability to manage client relationships and act as primary escalation point for service issues.
Skills in root cause analysis, mitigation planning, and performance monitoring.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Legal, Finance, IT, and Talent Acquisition.
Leadership skills to coach and develop a high-performing team across service lines and geographies.
Ability to maintain audit readiness and compliance through robust documentation and controls.
Capability to support automation, system enhancements, and knowledge management for scalable service delivery.
Competence in assessing operational risks and recommending mitigation strategies.
Experience aligning service delivery with client governance frameworks, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.
