The Human Resource Executive (Learning & Engagement) is responsible for supporting the Head of Human Capital and Head of Learning & Culture in various training and employee engagement initiatives. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing employee development and fostering a culture of continuous learning within the organization.

As a Human Resource Executive focused on Learning & Engagement, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve planning and executing learning and development programs while managing training administration. You will ensure that new hires complete mandatory training and maintain Learning Management Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Head of Human Capital and Head of Learning & Culture in training initiatives.
• Plan and execute learning and development programs.
• Manage training administration and logistics.
• Ensure new hires complete mandatory training requirements.
• Maintain and update Learning Management Systems.
• Prepare reports on training effectiveness and participation.
• Coordinate professional certifications for employees.
