As a Human Resource Executive focused on Learning & Engagement, you will support the Head of Human Capital and Head of Learning & Culture in various training and employee engagement initiatives. Your responsibilities include planning and executing learning and development programs, managing training administration, ensuring new hires complete mandatory training, and maintaining Learning Management Systems. You will also prepare reports, coordinate professional certifications, and create content for company updates on platforms like SharePoint and LinkedIn.
Degree in Human Resource Development or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year experience in Training & Development preferred
Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Keen attention to detail
Experience with Learning Management Systems
Ability to prepare training reports
Familiarity with employee engagement activities
